Glass Drs: There is no Safelite anymore, they just refer out to 3rd parties like Glass Drs who came out 5-6 days later to replace windshield. Luckily the state of KY covers rentals expenses ONLY if you have “comprehensive insurance”. I had to get one b/c no one else was delegated. It all stunk.

The window was replaced fast all though the glass was not properly cleaned out the window it got stuck down in my trunk door and my trunk was stuck shut 3 days it was fine before they replaced the window. I went to the place to ask for help opening it because it opened fine before. They told me to go to a mechanic shop I went to 4 mechanic shops then end up having to pay 150$ for them to take my whole trunk apart and remove the glass that was blocking the release latch to open my trunk… you can also see the adhesive leaking ... read more

I just had my windshield replaced. John, the technician did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, professional, and personable. Even though it was 35 degrees, he took his time to remove existing adhesive to achieve a top notch job. Thanks again, John and Glass Doctor!
