I called for an auto quote bc the website said it does auto glass but when I spoke to get a quote, they told me they don’t do auto. This is very confusing.
Arrived as scheduled The two gentlemen were professional,knowledgeable and efficient. I am completely satisfied with the work. I would definitely use the company in the future.
I asked for an estimate of one glass window broken in my apartment. Maybe they're looking for big jobs but they never answered me, wouldn't recommend this place just for the bad communication and no interest in new costumers.
Updated review: Finally Glass Doctor finished my job. It was about about 6 weeks after they promised, but it is done. As far as the repair and the technician's work, they did a great job. The tech was professional, friendly, and neat. He did a great job. My only issue was someone was supposed to call 30 minute before arrival so I could secure my dog. To date: Lousy service, no follow up or contact (unless I call). A month past the promised install date. I will update if they show up!
