I ordered the dark brown framed oval mirror. The ordering process was easy. When I received the mirror, the frame had some small damage, but something I thought I could fix. I wrote Dean, sent him pictures asking for advice on what to use. He immediately wrote back and insisted on sending me another at no charge. I received the 2nd one today. It is georgous, beautifully handcrafted and I can't say enough about his customer service. I will be showing off mine and recommending it to my friends.....thanks Dean
