I needed a large piece of 1/4 inch glass cut to fit an opening. When I arrived the guys had already left the shop so Katie the office manager said could do it for me. A few moments of prep and SNAP! Perfect cut right along my mark, she even sanded the edges for me...
I went to Central Illinois Glass Cutters to have them glue my rear view mirror back on and to check for any damage that might have occurred when it fell off. They had my mirror back on very fast and advised me on a few minor things with the windshield that did occur when the mirror fell off. The technician did a great job and he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The office lady was really wonderful as well. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
I can not express how much I appreciate this business. I went in to have a special glass shelf duplicated, very odd design. Katie was super helpful and told me that it should be ready the next day. 2 hours later she called and told me that my order was ready to be picked up. Katie, thank you for everything, and going the extra mile and doing some research for me. This business takes customer service seriously!! Please let them show you how great they are also!!
We took my wife's car in to get her windshield replaced, and I can't explain how amazing the experience was. The job was completed quickly and Katie up front was beyond accommodating. Really amazing place that I am recommending to anyone I know that needs glass repairs.
These guys are AWESOME. Perfect cuts for all 7 window panes, prompt, and super friendly to work with.
