Ended up saving hundreds by going through them over competitors. They repaired a window that was not theirs and I got it back same day. Very impressed
I needed some window lifts and came to glassco. They were a specialty size, and they were 10 days out. I didn’t want to wait, so I ordered on Amazon. The lifts came in and although they were the “correct size”, still didn’t fit. I ended up losing about 40.00 because I had to pay return shipping. Unprofessional and came off as a tad lazy, I had someone come out to give a quote for some windows we need replaced. The tech did not even measure anything and stated "this is not worth our time we are a small business"...
We recently had a few windows in our house replaced by The Glass Company and were extremely pleased with their quick response, timely visit to the house, and expedient installation thereafter! We had a tight window to get the glass installed before listing the house, and these guys really came through after having been strung along by a prior company, leaving us in a more frantic position to get this done. The installers were professional, kind and thorough. The windows look great! Couldn’t have been happier.
The Glass Company has excellent customer service! I Contacted the Glass Co. and spoke to Steve the company Foreman. He came out in person to give me a bid to replace a cracked picture window of 47 years old in my home. Steve is very professional, excellent product knowledge and excellent follow through. The bid cost was excellent for a replacement window. Steve and his crew showed up on time and worked as a great team to get the window replaced.
