This place absolutely sucks! When I went here the other day, there was sweat all over the machines and it smelled terrible! One of the workers was spotting me and dropped the weight on me. Will never go here again!
Incredible staff, always willing to help show everyone the proper way to do the exercises. Best way possible to get in shape. Enjoy camaraderie and expand your physical capabilities! Definitely check it out. You’ll be happy you did.

I've had such a great time! Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I'm a mom of 3 and never have done anything like crossfit before. They're very accommodating in modifying different excercises to what I can do and encourage you the whole time.
