Customer service in showroom was excellent. Getting a quote was seamless and very quick. But once you have ordered you need to follow up with them. If they say is should be ready in 3 weeks you will have to make the call to see if glass is in or otherwise it just sits there and you will have to wait longer for installation. My project was to take 3 to 4 weeks and it ended up over 6 weeks with me doing all the follow up. I love my product and my shower looks great, but they lack the stills to keep you posted.
Friendly, fast and professional. They understood my vision and Jason and Trevor executed it perfectly.
Steve and Trevor did an install of a sliding shower door and a fixed piece of shower glass. They were very polite, punctual, respectful and communicated well on how the install would shape up. It wouldn’t hurt to be a little more attentive on the application and tooling of the silicone caulking in the final steps. We would recommend Glass Canada for your glass needs.
