I called in to get a ruff estimate, he gave me one and then I tried to set up an in home estimate and he refused! He said he would rather not because he might get beat out by a "low baller on the westside or down south"? I have never seen anyone refuse money, obviously if I heard the ruff estimate I was willing and able to afford whatever price he would have given me in my home! But thanks anyway I figure he doesn't know how to complete the job!
