We just had Ben Smith replace our foggy glass in five windows. We had grids that were a special order but it was still fast on turnaround time and the installation was quick and “painless”. We will use them again if we ever have problems with the other windows.

I called this morning to find out my options for several windows that have not maintained their seal. The guy who answered laughed me off the phone when I asked if there was an option to repair the seal instead of replace the entire window. He laughed and said "You can't believe everything you see on the internet. Geez." This was really unprofessional, and simply explaining the options would have been appropriate. I'm sure he wouldn't know everything about my profession without asking and having someone explain.

Phenomenal service! Same day glass replacement, extremely helpful on the phone and in person, helped me get my car out of my broken garage and had recommendations for fixing the door itself! Highly recommended.
