Ordered simple standard size window in late December, was told one week, called 2 weeks later to update of my job status, rich told me it was ready, call when I am headed that way. Called a week or so later, rich could not find window, said he could make it for next day. They don't take credit or debit. Call John's glass block if u want real glass block and better service.
