The whole experience was extremely easy and professional. From the sales process to installation of the windows. The windows look wonderful. So happy we chose the Glass Block Guys.
Had Glass Block Guys install 4 basement windows in August of 2014. Despite the 20 year warranty mentioned on the website, these 10-month old windows are already leaking and water is coming in our basement. Accidents happen (maybe something with the concrete settled poorly?). What is frustrating is that Glass Block Guys refuses to even come out at and look at the problem. This is entirely unacceptable. I would avoid using this company in the future.
