Glass Block Factory did an excellent job replacing my 7-block x 7-block glass block window! First, we discussed the job on the phone. I was undecided about whether to replace the 3 glass blocks with issues or the replace entire window. Glass Block Factory made an on-site visit to assess the window itself and the inside and outside area around the window.
