Had an appointment this morning for front end alignment and oil change at the dealer Smart Ford South Boston VA. On the way there check engine light came on and truck would shake when accelerating. Ask them to please check what code the truck is giving. They refused! Saying my appointment is for oil change only! Even got the manager involved.
