Fantastic shop, very quick response
I had an appointment scheduled to have my windshield repaired last Friday. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I was never contacted to inform me of a delay, cancellation, or inability to make the appointment. I took time out of my workday expecting this service, so the lack of communication was both frustrating and unprofessional. Scheduling coordination was a fail. I was told it would be a morning install - didn’t arrive until almost 4p Installation is poor. Black adhesive visible around the glass and the glass is set too far to the left in the door Tech just drove off. Didn’t ask me to come look at the new glass. Unacceptable. Texted them with pics and my concerns but no response.
