Worse service ever!! I had only a tiny chip smaller than a penny and they ruined my windshield. Now asking me to pay for windshield replacement.
James came out to replace my windshield that had a couple of cracks in it. He was running quite behind that day and arrived 3 hours AFTER the confirmed install window. Upon arrival he backed over my flower garden in order to turn around. He replaced the windshield in a reasonable amount of time; however, after he left I noticed that he had damaged the trim on the A-Frame pillar on BOTH sides of the car (one completely fell off and one stay on - the other one had a big slice in it). I have no idea why but after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes they were kind of nasty to me on the phone. Everything started out fine, the estimate seemed a little higher than I was hoping and they wanted to know my insurance carrier. I explained I didn't really want to go through insurance since this is my second chip in a couple months. They explain they're trying to save me money so they needed a name - fine, but I was confused and asked if they needed my name or my insurance name. That's when it went off the rails in... read more
Just had James help me install a new front window. He was here instantly and was quick. Great company to work with.
They couldn't do as promised, it was an emergency, but at least they reconnected me with the insurance company so I could get my car fixed today ( Still couldn't get it as most places needed 1 day before they can)
