Terrible. First I got a call asking to reschedule because they got the wrong glass. Then when they did show up the next day they removed my built in radar detector. After he unplugged the detector from power (leaving two exposed wires) he told me he can’t reinstall it because it against protocol. He then installed my mirror leaving two loose active wires that can now cause an electrical shortage if they touch. I called and asked for this to be fixed or to at least send me instructions on how to remove the mirror so I could f... read more
