I received a voice mail at 805 the day of service stating the car was to be dropped off at 8. I called the shop and stated it was a 9 am drop off which was confirmed by e mail. Donnie claimed he no longer had the staff to do the work and no one was at the shop (830, I was on the way) and to use a drop box. They accepted the job at first knowing my driver will be arriving little bit late, than the gentleman's realized that they will have to stay 30-60 minutes extra than their closing time and cancelled my call 45 minutes before my driver arrived at the location and it was already 2-3pm. Leaving my driver without a door window. Leaving me without an option for the night. Very unprofessional I'm pretty sure they do a good job with their work but so unprofessional .. can't do business like that
