Handled our claim in the phone WITH me on a 3-way call with my insurance. Came to the house with next-day availability. Wow! Awesome service all around
I had actually called Gerber but apparently their mobile glass service is through Glass America (not certain if they came from this Middleton location or the other one). The main reason I gave a 5-star review is the price - they were around $200 less than Safelite's mobile service, and $80 less than Novus non-mobile service.
