*Update at bottom* First they scheduled an appointment for a Saturday which Olean office doesn't work on Saturdays, then scheduled it for Tuesday and they didn't get the windows in so they rescheduled for Wednesday 3/25. The technician came, didn't knock on my door to tell me he was here and just got to work. He was here less then 45 minutes and just quickly reamed on my door, got broken glass everywhere, adhesive everywhere and didn't test to see if everything was working correctly before taking off. Bad experience! My windshield cracked within one month of being replaced and they would not honor warranty. The technician was extremely awkward and rude. I ended up going to another company and paid $100 less for much better service.
Won't accept cash and didn't even finish the repair job . Used parts that didn't go with the vehicle and left other areas unfinished. Absolutely horrible experience.
