Upon arrival, all work was completed & appears to be quality, although it is an after market windshield, not BMW. The tech was professional and appeared skilled. My appointment was scheduled for somewhere between 8 - 12 am, tech did not arrive til around 1pm. The weather may have influenced that arrival time?
They made the window replacement easy and simple. I highly recommend them to anyone needing windshield or door glass replacement
Pleasant experience from the call to the tech coming out, only costed me $230 to replace my back window and they came to my house. Tech was super cool and went above and beyond. Even bending my windows frame back into place so it wouldn't whistle and removing all the glass so it wouldn't rattle.
