If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. To directly quote an employee at the Akron/North-Canton location: "This company has too many hands in the cookie jar." The lack of communication between all of their "sister locations" is astounding. I spent almost 40 minutes making an appointment/submitting insurance, only to be called back 10 minutes later and told that I was fed completely incorrect information and the shop I had JUST SCHEDULED WITH, is not able to perform the service on my vehicle. Told me 3 hours for install. Done in a little over a hour. Polite. Helped me determine my cost & insurance claim status. Highly recommend.
