The team at Glass America is absolutely amazing!! They are very professional and do excellent work! Glass America recently handled a job for my personal vehicle and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend!
Had glass replaced for door after break in but they did not remove the broken glass from inside the door so now when shutting door I can hear the pieces still inside. Also, the phone number to reach the shop does not go through or is never answered there making coordinating car drop off difficult.
On Wednesday, January 17th, we received a call stating our vehicle was ready. I expressed my concern with the lack of communication and how we went from not having the vehicle for 1 day to 6 days. I was met with defensiveness, excuses, and no accountability. I was told GA reached out to us when we missed our appointment. I expressed how we had an evening drop, and the car was there.
