I Scheduled an appointment with this company on July 17 stating I have a minor crack in my windshield that you cannot feel from The inside I was driving down the highway and something hit my Windshield and needed it repaired. I also stated in this phone call that I would be leaving the Next day for Mexico, that my car would be at my home address and I would not be there and they assured me that I did not need to be. I got some call center for this company when I tried to call Gerber glass and collision off Google and got a very rude lady that basically hung up on me. I was just trying to ask about the price for a windshield replacement.
I had a confirmed appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. Finished the replacement in the time frame I was told. I was treated fairly and everything was explained. I can recommend.
When I called, they said I could come down and do a walk-in appointment when I got there nobody was at the desk and on the big sign on the front of the door. It says no walk-ins by appointment only.
First and foremost, I really want to say a big thank you to Kyle for an excellent job of replacing my windshield on my kia Sorento. Kyle made sure his team took every consideration in making sure that all that was needed to get done got done. He was very nice and pleasant, and even while you were waiting, he would update you on anything pertaining to your wait. There is also water , coffee, etc, to keep you comfortable while you wait.
