The technician came right on time at the beginning of the window they told me. However, their job of putting back together was awful. One of the side details next to the windshield is practically smashed and the plate at the bottom of the windshield was replaced in the wrong order so now it sticks out on both sides. One of those resulting in an audible rattle when I drive now.
Glass America is always helpful and Zac is awesome
Only reason it is a 1 star is because they do not have lower. Gave me a online quote followed by a call from them with a quote . Online quote was $328. Phone representative gave me $321. Tech got here and BAM!!!! $587!! Talk about a rip off. Think god I stopped them before they installed the Windshield. Completely what is wrong with the world today.
They were great! After a horrible series of experiences with C'ville Safelite, it was lovely to work with these folks. Great communication, timely service, and my tech was awesome. Highly recommend.
