Got a quote on Saturday and went ahead and scheduled for Monday and they call two hours before the appointment and Told me that it was gonna be another $200 that they messed up the pricing then just hung up the phone.
They replaced my windshield and Michael B was very professional. First windshield had an optical distortion right in my field of view that gave me a headache, so I called back and got it warrantied out. They gave me zero grief over that and handled it just great.
Contacted Glass America after having issues with Safelite. They had to delay 1 day due to rain but were able to make it to my house the next morning and replace my windshield in now time. A month later I have no issues with water leaks or anything. The technician was also nice. Would recommend.
Do not trust this company. I was scheduled and they called after 10 AM and cancelled. Very inconvenient.
