They got me an appointment the same day I called! Depending on the time I would have been home or at work and they said the tech can come to me at either location. The tech called and asked which location and i told him. He came to where I was and met me, fixed my windshield chip, which only took about 10 minutes max. It was such a nice experience. I'm so happy I chose glass america. I called yesterday 7/27 for an appointment and they were able to schedule my appointment for today 7/28. And the price was very good as I had to pay out of pocket. The Technician Chris was so professional and did a great job installing the new windshield! (In my driveway) Very satisfied customer here..
John and Brian were diligent, efficient, courteous, punctual, and professional. Highly recommended.
