We had an appointment for a windshield stone chip repair at 9am and were told after we got to the shop that we would have to come back as the technician had over booked and had 3 other customers scheduled in our time slot. We live 30+ minutes away. Nor would they give is a definitive time. Come and have it done between 12N and 2 pm. We called and spoke to our insurance agent they made arrangements with another company for the next day, a tech will come to the house.
