Had my glass replaced with them and the glass wasn’t installed properly causing a stress crack in my windshield and they said it was a crack from a rock. Glass was only 3 weeks old. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
I got my windshield replaced yesterday and I highly recommend Glass America! The guy who did it was very nice and had it done in the time frame I was given!
From the time I contacted my insurance agent, I didn't have to do a thing. Glass America phoned me to set the windshield replacement date. I was kept informed thru the process by email, text, and phone. The technician phoned me before coming to my home. He was prompt, professional, & skilled and friendly too.
They replaced the rear passenger window in my truck a few months ago. The installation went well and the tech who did the work was a pro. There was a small issue with putting the door back together that we discovered just past the warranty period, but they recognized the issue and owned it as a product of the work they did and they corrected the issue within a couple hours. I appreciate their customer service and will use them from now on for my auto glass. Highly recommended!
