Do not choose this place! Complete waste of my time. I thought i had an appt at the old court Street downtown Cincinnati address. The reputation was good & location was ideal so i choose their company and waited a few days, changing my travel plans to accommodate their availability. They never picked up the glass, a tech called off, and then they told me they could get it done if i drove to Sharonville! After arriving and waiting for tech to return with the windshield, they told me the glass was broken and could get it order... read more
My experience with Glass America was excellent Jessica and Matt were wonderful to deal with. No shenanigans, did exactly what was agreed upon.
Couldn't get no one to answer or return my calls. I hope they call me back or at least give me a quote to fix my car windows that need to be fixed
