Called sat after failed Safelite appointment, got scheduled in for Monday morning. Tech called an hour before saying he was going to pick up glass he needed for us. Then called again when he was 30 mins away, he arrived when he said he would. Said it's take him about 45 mins to get it replaced. Took him slightly less then 45 mins. Great communication every step of the way. Answered all my questions. Thank you
