BE AWARE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They damaged my wife's car by gouging the paint all along the roofline and under the seal when the removal was done and now they are denying damage. They are the only ones to have touched her vehicle it is Brand new Audi with 3k miles. See photo attached! The body shop estimate starts at $1400 and another $1500 if they have to replace the windshield again. It's not even sealed properly.

Let me just start by saying, this is NOT a company that you want to trust. They recently did a windshield replacement on my brand new 2025 audi Q5 with only 3k miles. I unfortunately made the mistake of not checking and inspecting their work after it was completed the replacement. I took my vehicle in to have the windshield tinted and of course, they do a thorough inspection before touching my vehicle, so they're not at fault if there's any damage prior. I have never used this service for glass replacement before and found it to be very useful. For one the technician came to my home to provide the service. The technician Pedro T was very professional and kept me informed of when he would arrive and was pretty much spot on when he arrived. Pedro did a terrific job in replacing my driver side door window. He was courteous and very professional. I would use this service again. I was throughly satisfied with this service.
