Terrible decision to come to the Dublin, Virginia Glass America. Joe, was my technician and was smoking in the garage and left my vehicle with that cigarette smell when finished. Also, he tracked in so much dirt in the vehicle the black interior looked like a desert it had so much dirt left behind. I called and requested a supervisor for someone to get this cigarette smell out of and never even got a response. Do not drip off your vehicle to this place of business. Period.
