5 stars isn’t enough for this company! They have the best prices from the NRV to Roanoke, open availability and communication/customer service is next level. This company utilizes a call service center, automated text messages for addresses or appointment reminders and are always helpful and friendly whenever I called. After shopping I chose Glass America. The corporate office ordered the wrong windshield for my split year truck. The tech that came out identified the issue and got the correct one ordered. He did a great install job! The local folks running and working at this shop are great! I will defiantly use them again.

Windshield replacement: Joe was professional, polite, and quick, and the service coming to my house was convenient. Got a better price than a local competitor by haggling, and got all the features I wanted in the windshield (acoustic shield/solar).
I was given the address by the manager who is nice enough to move my appointment from Roanoke to Dublin however, trying to find the shop in Dublin for my wife was frustrating to say the least no signage up and no forewarning of such was also told that we would receive new windshield wipers with the windshield replacement and they did not replace the windshield wipers when I called back and asked about it I was told sorry for the inconvenience, but they don’t do that after listening to their spiel on the phone for about 15 mi... read more
