Just had Glass America fix my windshield, and wow — this was miles better than trying to DIY with some Amazon kit or slapping on super glue myself. Bryan O, who came out was polite, professional, and got the job done faster than I expected. Honestly, the whole process was way easier than I thought it would be, and the best part? They came right to my house. If you’ve got a chip or crack, skip the stress and call these guys!
Received a phone call on a Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment about 15 minutes after I made a claim with State Farm. The service was great. Very easy. They installed my new windshield while I was at work.
Tech broke moldings on the car and than tried to hide it. Spoke with warranty they tried to claim it wasn’t related to the glass being replaced even though I had photos to prove otherwise. They finally agreed to replace the parts that the tech broke but not without catching an attitude.
