Bob from Glass America was so easy to work with. My husband shattered our driver's side window on a Friday and Bob got us in Monday. He was so easy going and has a great sense of humor. He showed up exactly during the time period he said he would and did an amazing job. The estimate he gave me was 3x's less than the bigger name glass company. Great experience getting the windshield replaced on my KIA EV6 at Glass America on Frontage Rd, New London. Technician was courteous and did the job in an hour or so. I was very pleased I chose them to do the work.
