I called their location yesterday with a severely shattered windshield, They sent out a tech the next day, Had my windshield repaired in under two hours and sent the absolutely most wonderful man named John who is an incredibly polite and highly educated and skilled (45 yrs experience!!!) man. I can be annoying sometimes and he completely entertained all of my questions and was patient and smiled through it all. Next day service was great. I have an older vehicle but they had my windshield which was a relief. John came out earlier than he originally scheduled. Changing out the windshield was quick. They were a little late texting me for when they said they would. That's the only thing keeping that extra star. I paid just over $300 for it. Only other time I needed a windshield I paid a scrap yard that did glass and then it was only $100 for everything but that was in Kansas City years ago.
