The replaced my windshield after it cracked. Including recalibrating my safety systems, it took an hour from start to finish. It’s been a couple weeks and everything is still working great! Thank you!
Yesterday, I had the windshield replaced on my 2022 Toyota Camry. The replacement took about an hour. When the technician finished, I noticed a large scratch on the glass, approximately 20 inches long. Unfortunately, my phone couldn’t focus well enough on the glass to take a clear photo. I made an appointment with my insurance, dropped the truck off and they had my back glass replaced in a couple hours. No issues. Great service.
My experience with Glass America was a masterclass in incompetence. Glass America? More like Glass Amnesia when it comes to scheduling. I booked my windshield replacement for today, 03/12/2025, between 8am and 12pm, perfect for my work schedule. What I got was a 9:15am text confirming the SAME vague window, followed by a call to the tech, Rich M., who casually informed me he wouldn't be there until after 12pm due to "scheduling issues."
