Drake was great, he called me the day before my appointment to let me know his mobile tech had to take the next day off and said to bring my truck to their shop. Drake started working on my truck as soon as I got there, made sure that all of the paint chips on the windshield frame were taken care of and had the new windshield in place, all within an hour. My experience with Glass America in Loveland was overwhelmingly positive! Marcus and Drake-the two technicians who came out to my house to replace my windshield-- were extremely professional and friendly. I asked for business cards and I've already found two people who want their services. They beat everyone's price by far and I'm not exaggerating to say that in my opinion it would be a horrible decision if someone went somewhere else without giving these guys a call

Brought my car in to get a windshield and calibration. The manager Drake told me it could take up to 2 hours but was done in half that time. Would definitely use these guys again.

Drake was outstanding and went above and beyond. Short a technician and working in MISERABLE conditions, he got the job done when he said he would. I will use these guys for all my auto glass needs in the future.
