Yesterday, I had the windshield replaced on my 2022 Toyota Camry. The replacement took about an hour. When the technician finished, I noticed a large scratch on the glass, approximately 20 inches long. Unfortunately, my phone couldn’t focus well enough on the glass to take a clear photo. Poor service and rude! They sent a completely no professional person to my home. He was late 45min and spoke rudely, gave me orders, no use any polite words, asked me to pay before start the service, and I told that I was insecurity of the quality that I want talk with the supervisor David that never back to me. Looking they pay a third part to get the call that is a professional team, but after that, you will need lead with this team.
