Horrible service, poor customer service and communication. Hung up on when I asked if they were going to replace my windshield after 2 appointments canceled. Claiming they called, I asked why didn't they leave a message.
THE WORK DON'T WAS AMAZING BUUUUT. I called to get a quote for a window. I just wanted the window no service. I was told it would cost more to get the window by itself than it would to get the window with service. Which I know is b******* but because I needed the window and they had a cheaper quote than anyone else in the area. I followed along even though I had called two weeks prior and the rep was willing to sell me the window by itself.
