Mr. Everett was our technician and was very professional, courteous, and kept open communication on the status of parts being ordered. He did a great job and took pride in his craft.
They made the whole process easy from setting up the appointment to getting the windshield replaced at my home! They were able to get my windshield replaced in less than 48 hours from when I called to get an appointment! My technician, Everet, was great at communication, very personable and did a great job! Very happy with the experience and competitive pricing! I definately recommend this company for windshield replacement!

Horrible service, poor customer service and communication. Hung up on when I asked if they were going to replace my windshield after 2 appointments canceled. Claiming they called, I asked why didn't they leave a message.
