The Albany location was amazing. Super fast and easy to work with. Arthur was great! Highly recommend!
This is a fantastic company to reach out to when you have a crack in your windshield or a complete windshield replacement. The customer service rep. Taylor that I spoke to was very helpful and explained what would be expected. Jeff, who was the tech. was very accommodating letting me know his arrival time and once he was here, explained what was going with my windshield. I had an appointment at 9:00 hot there at about 10 of. They got me right in and said a little over an hour and I'd be good to go. At 9:45 they were done! Quick, professional and they took care of the insurance part too! I would recommend glass America to anyone who needs auto glass.
It was done in about 20 minutes and it saved me $160 compared to Safelite. I would highly recommend.
