Amazing service at Glass America! I had a 9 AM appointment, but Google Maps took me to the wrong address so I was about 20 minutes late. Even though they were super busy, they were incredibly patient and kind. They still replaced the windshield on my husband's car without any issue. I really appreciate their understanding and professionalism. Highly recommend!
They were extremely helpful and quick! They were able to get me in the same day I called, and even though there was a bit of miscommunication about payment, they were very apologetic and made it right. The staff was super friendly, and my window looks great!
A small rock chipped my windshield, and they got me in for an appointment right away. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them!
Just had Glass America on Central Ave in Albany NY replace the windshield on our Porsche Macan and they did a phenomenal job ! Brendan and the crew were super friendly , professional and the facility was nice to wait in !
