Punctual, quick, friendly, and zero burden for me. They were able to fulfill my order (chip repair) within less than 24 hours. Their staff and technician were very easy to communicate with and got the job done quickly, coming to where I was. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
Amazing pricing, cheapest we found out of 4 different places we called. Replaced whole windshield, looks great. Also, I wish I could remember her name, but the receptionist was very sweet. Thanks guys!
Very unprofessional staff. Overheard them speaking in a crass manner in the back room/shop from the lobby (way beyond just talking shop). Only go here if you want a truly uncomfortable experience.
Glass america replaced the glass in my back window. But as soon as they did that, the car latch, that did work 2 hours before that. Now the latch doesn't work. It cost me over $750 to get it replaced. I was told that glass america would take care of it, but now I got an email say that they will not cover that. So I'm out $750 plus $327 to repair the window. My total cost for the window was almost $1200. Don't trust these guys.They said they would take care of it, and then they turned their back on it.
