Very unprofessional staff. Overheard them speaking in a crass manner in the back room/shop from the lobby (way beyond just talking shop). Only go here if you want a truly uncomfortable experience.
Glass america replaced the glass in my back window. But as soon as they did that, the car latch, that did work 2 hours before that. Now the latch doesn't work. It cost me over $750 to get it replaced. I was told that glass america would take care of it, but now I got an email say that they will not cover that. So I'm out $750 plus $327 to repair the window. My total cost for the window was almost $1200. Don't trust these guys.They said they would take care of it, and then they turned their back on it.
Justin did a really good job, he even came to my house at no extra cost!
