The process was extremely easy; American Glass coordinated with my insurance company, scheduled a service appointment at my house. The technician was on time (he called ahead with an ETA. He explained the process really well and kept me appraised while he hit and remedied one minor complication, and he was friendly and courteous. If you’re happy with the installation, I’d give them five stars and post this: I needed a new windshield for my 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 and was pleasantly surprised by Glass America. They found an aftermarket windshield and the total came to $650, including installation. I had expected to pay much more. The replacement is complete, and I appreciate the straightforward price and service.
Loved the friendly atmosphere of this shop. The lady in the office (sorry I forgot her name) was just amazing. The technician was quick and professional. The customer service at this location it on point top notch.
