I recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service from Glass America when they removed and installed the front windshield on my Ford Bronco 2023. The service was excellent and they got me in and out very fast. They had free coffee, soft drinks and snacks complimentary. Very professional!!!
BE AWARE this is NOT a real company. Glass America is a false front that doesn’t even hire any technicians. They 1099 contract out work, bill insurance and take their cut. They are NOT a real company and DONT accept liability. I had an 8am appointment and the technician was 30 minutes late. The office isn’t even real, they have no signage anywhere. They told me it would take an hour and after waiting for two hours on them to calibrate it they realized they didn’t actually know how to use the machine to do it. I’ve now had to... read more
