This is a late review, through my insurance 6/11/24 I took my SUV here to get my windshield replaced. They took my factory windshield out and replaced it with cheap glass, I noticed it was hot in my car but couldn’t put my hands on why it was so hot. I year later it’s confirmed that they put in the cheapest windshield thin glass. I can’t take it anymore so now I have to spend extra money to tint the windshield. It not even summer yet, but inside my car is hot. Don’t take your car here they don’t replace with factory parts.
We were on vacation in Florida when a rock hit our windshield. Our insurance company recommended Glass America, unfortunately in Florida they were not able to accommodate our car since it needed to be calibrated being a 2021 Palisades calligraphy. However they did recommend and reschedule our appointment in our hometown in Georgia. They were extremely helpful they answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns, the workmanship of Glass America was outstanding. The job was completed in less than 3 hours.
