Stay away. Extremely unprofessional company. Had an appointment for today. You have to be available all day. Open to close. Cleared my schedule. Technician text me in the morning. Said he'd be out between 12-2. Ok. Then he texts me and says he-) be here by 3. Ok. It started raining close to 2:30, he pulls up to tell me I'm going to be skipped because he can't work in the rain. My experience with Glass America was A-1. The Representative explained to me what the process entailed and the warranty. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and got right on the job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a cracked or chipped windshield. I can’t remember his name but his radio voice will always be remembered. Thanks Glass America!
