Exceptional service and communication. Prompt and professional repair and calibration in the shop. Technician was first class and communicated before and after the repair. Very pleased.
Scheduled the day before to have them come out and fix my car window that was broken into, Robby who was assigned to my car was good at communicating and was careful with my car door disassembling and reassembling, vacuumed the glass and wiped the window down. Excellent work and will definitely call this place back if me or anyone else I know needs help in the future!
Saved our vacation! Late Tuesday evening before we were leaving for vacation Thursday morning, I noticed a new, large windshield crack. Half of the places I called were closed, and the S*******t people who advertise so much on TV couldn't fit us in for three days. Glass America said they'd be there at noon, then called to ask if they could come first thing in the morning. Yes! I called the office to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was polite and professional, helped me choose the more affordable option for me. Their mobile service is complimentary, which is GREAT!. The day of my service I called to make a last minute switch due to the rainy weather, I asked if it could be done at a parking garage near my house and they did just that!.
