Called glass American about putting windshield in my car they gave me a quote that was really good so I made appointment they called me back in about 1 hour and said that they needed to add money to the quote so they gave another quote that was still going to be ok so I kept my appointment then they called back about 45 minutes later and said that they had to add more labor to bid and I said no so they gave me a discount so I kept my appointment so 2 day before my appointment they called and said that I had to bring my car t... read more
Totally unprofessional! Customer service was horrible. First, the tech called and said he was running late and asked if I could drive to him in lakewood (I'm in Lacey) i didn't have time to do that and besides, it's supposed to be MOBILE, meaning they come to us so i said no. When he arrived the technician asked if I could pull my car into the garage because it had been raining I said no (I have an RV blocking it.) The tech said "I don't want to get my clothes wet" and walked back to his van and left. I have a pop-up tent I ... read more
