I had one Glass America replace my windshield. The left my rear view mirror wires hanging out all over and the mirror non-functioning. Both the technician and the manager will not take responsibility. Will not use this service again.
Avoid at all costs! It has been 18 months and under the terms of my original repair request and their lifetime guarantee I still do not have satisfactory repair work completed to fix broken glass on one window of my car. Oh and this location on Airpark Rd In Gaithersburg MD doesn’t even exist! The fact that this business is largely a mobile based business means they can give you even more run around! A big thank you to technician Brandy! After two frustrating experiences with Safelite and still no fix for my windshield issue, I found Glass America. I was nervous because I had never heard of the company and could not find many reviews online. Brandy came out to look at the chip and explained that because it had previously been repaired several years ago and was growing, the entire windshield needed replaced rather than repaired.
