After 3 attempts at scheduling an appointment and 3rd attempt confirmed by email with address where car would be serviced, I dropped car off only to get a call from technician it had been changed to a location 35 miles away. No one could give me an explanation why.
Called for window replacement, gave me a 2:30 appt, called at 3 because of no response, was told I would hear back soon, called at end of the day, received a bunch of crap about just getting back from a funeral, which means nothing to me, it’s a lame excuse then rescheduled for First appt next day, which never happened. Don’t waste your time dealing with these people.

When I asked the girl who answered the phone if they offered mobile services she said she guessed. I asked her if she guessed or was certain, she shouted,” I said we do!” then she hung up the phone.Called T&K glass repair service and they were right on it.
