RecommendedI went to website for a quote and was going to look somewhere else since it was out of my budget. However, I got a call a few days later from a customer service rep who said she could slash the price in half. A bonus was that they could come to my house, which is great as bringing two small children to a shop is inconvenient. The technician, Chris, was very nice, and even took the time to explain the difference between OEE and OEM. I will be a repeat customer (but I hope no time soon).
